Mr Richard R Magnus
Mr Richard Magnus retired as Senior (now termed Chief) District Judge after a distinguished public service career with the Singapore Legal Service. He is a recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal by the State for his exceptional public service, and the Outstanding Volunteer award by MSF. He is Singapore's First Representative to the ASEAN Inter-Governmental Commission on Human Rights and the First Chairman of the Casino Regulatory Authority. He now holds several public positions as Chairman of the Public Transport Council, Political Firms Consultative Committee, and Bioethics Advisory Committee, Remote Gambling Advisory Panel, Member of the Public Service Commission, Member of the Independent Review and Resource Panels ( MHA), Distinguished Senior Fellow of the Home Team Academy; and Expert Member of UNESCO's International Bioethics Committee. He is also an Alumnus of the National Agenda Council, World Economic Forum.
In the private sector, Mr Magnus sits on the Board of Directors of Temasek Foundation Cares PLC, CapitaMall Trust, Changi Airport Group, Honour (Singapore) Ltd, Allgrace Investment Company Ltd, and is Chairman of the Management Board of Human Capital Singapore. He is a lawyer by training; he is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the John F. Kennedy School of Government. He is Editor of five law books in the Practitioner Series. He honours Singapore.
Ms Vemala K Rajamanickam
TreasurerMs Vemala K Rajamanickam now serves as consultant to Allen & Gledhill, having been part of the firm as Partner since 1977 and as advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 1971, until she retired in 2009.
Ms Pang Cheng LianMs Pang retired from United Overseas Bank in 2013 after serving as the Chairman’s Special Assistant for 36 years. She is also a Board Director at Mee Toh Foundation.
Mr Zainul Abidin RasheedMr Zainul is the Ambassador (Non-Resident) to Kuwait and Foreign Minister's Special Envoy to the Middle East. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr Koo Tsai KeeMr Koo Tsai Kee joined Temasek in 2011 and is now the Advisory Director. Before joining Temasek, he was the Minister of State for Defence and also held several appointments as Senior Parliamentary Secretary and Parliamentary Secretary in various Ministries.
